The Cyprus Cultural Foundation has commenced the competition relating to the Prequalification Stage for the construction of the Cyprus Cultural Centre in Nicosia, Cyprus. The related notice was published on Europa’s Tenders Electronic Daily (ted) on 29/12/2009, a link to which is provided below.
